World Editor layers missing in hierarchy and world.ent

Description

Newly created (and individually saved, see steps to reproduce) layers and their contents are missing after closing and reopening the world / Workbench. There are no entries for the layers inside the world.ent file. The layers exist and are saved inside the same folder as the world, but are not being "loaded".

Steps To Reproduce
  1. New project
  2. New folder called "Worlds"
  3. Open World Editor and load Eden as a base
  4. Create sub-world > "Save world as" in "Worlds" folder
  5. Put Prefab "Gamemode_Editor_Full.et" in default layer
  6. Put Prefab "SpawnPoint_US.et" in default layer
  7. Save default layer (right click > save)
  8. Create new layer "Spawnpoints"
  9. Put before mentioned Spawnpoint into "Spawnpoints"-layer
  10. Save that layer (right click > save)
  11. Create new layer "Setup"
  12. Drop before mentioned GameMode_Editor into "Setup"-layer
  13. Save that layer (right click > save)
  14. Close World Editor (Its not asking to save anything!)
  15. Close Enfusion Workbench completly
  16. Start it again and load the project
  17. Open world in "worlds" folder
  18. Both created layers with their contents are missing inside world editor and no entry for the layers inside world.ent (Both layers exist inside the worlds folder)
