Tried to realize radio fuze by proximityExplosionDistance and submunitions commands for MANPADS but noticed that submunitions dont spawn in this case of munition destruction. There is same problem with timetolive ending - no submunitions. Maybe it makes sense to create and add triggerOnDestraction command for submunitions.
