When you break your leg once you reach the top of each stair case at the ship in rify you are unable to continue to to top of the platform to get to the next stair case. This isn't an issue when going down but only going up.

I went through three filters attempting to get to the top of the stairs and ended up dying with my rifle on me, this has been an issue for 10 years and has never been fixed. This shows the QA department at BI's abilities.
