I was recently in a gunfight and won. The inventory was bugging (as per) and I couldn't drag items from his inventory to vicinity, hands or any my own inventory areas, therefore I decided to cut up his / her body as in the past that has helped with inventory bugs. In this case the body, clothing and items fully disappeared into the map (with the exception of the weapons carried by the player in hands / shoulders). The human meat and fat was visable but all the items carried had disappeared. I did attempt a re-log but this made no difference.
