Saw a dead infected with a dead [+] survivor outside a doorway. Looted survivor of 2 items. Then while rearranging items in my inventory, the items would not move to other slots (pants, backpack) from my jacket. Also the items would not drop from jacket. Had to drop jacket to get rid of "stuck(?)" items. Items stayed with jacket and had to leave jacket, etc al. I tried to separate items from jacket on ground to the ground and was unable to.
