Voice activation stops working when switching from Xbox party chat to Game chat, this was marked as changed on the last patch notes but I cant seem to get it to work

Steps To Reproduce
Be in game and have voice activation on and working
Start a party with a friend
Open the party and press back to go into game chat
Game chat doesn't activate

When having Party chat, voice chat in game cannot be used. When switching to Game chat, voice chat in game can be used. This works as designed.
