I've been having trouble accessing offi and community servers for a few weeks. I keep getting an error code (Connection failed(0x00020009)) when trying to join. I've tried everything from restarting my router to reinstalling my ps5 but nothing helps. Playstation support can't help me either. The problems only occur to me in DayZ and COD.

Are you using wired connection or wi-fi?
If wi-fi, we suggest that you connect to your console through the cable as wi-fi is generally not recommended. Also, if you have an option to test this on another network, can you please do so? Since the issue persists in another game besides DayZ for you, it is very likely an issue with your network.
