I have a base on Livonia. Earlier today wolves spawned in the woods and agro'd to me while I was inside the base. The base is surrounded by barbed wire on all fences, top and bottom. I watched the wolves enter the barbed wire without taking any damage whatsoever. This continued for some time (about 5 minutes) and through multiple fences containing barbed wire at the bottom. They did not take any damage at all. This occurred with multiple wolves, not just one.

Steps To Reproduce
Block yourself inside a base surrounded by barbed wire. Allow wolves to spawn in and agro to you. Wolves will approached the base of the outside fence which contains barbed wire. They will not take damage. No damage animation or 'yelp' from the wolves.
Additional Information
Given barbed wire severely damages players over time it would make sense if agro'd animals were damaged also.
