Description

player shouldn't be able to self restrain by rope, duct tape, wire and razor wire (only camgirls can do that :D )
razor wire should be used only in gloves or rags to be harmless. If you want to restrain another player by any wire the should be placed around whole body not wrists (due to its construction).
player could be able to restrain legs too
You should be able to cut restraints loose by any sharp device and tools like cutters handcuff key even while restained.
