Steps To Reproduce
Combine any stacked item in inventory on Xbox wit the controller. Pills, bullets, rags, etc. the inventory screen closes.

The A button only swaps the item with whatever you’re hovering over in inventory on default controller settings. A is used to combine only if you choose the “new” settings in controller under the inventory tab.
