Steps To Reproduce
Using default controls, draw a weapon into the character's hands, use left on the D-Pad to engage push to talk, and notice the fire mode of any weapon change as push to talk is engaged.

I would be desirable to also be able to change fire modes without having to raise weapon like in the games current stable patch and previous ones.
