1. Park your truck M3S very close next to a little fence (the one you find near house)
2. Get out of the truck M3S
3. Sit in the truck on the passenger seat
4. Wait the server restart
5. Reconnect to the server once the server is restarted

Obtained results:
Player is standing stuck in the truck on passenger seat and cannot get of the car (even after a manuel restart)

I park the truck near a little fence and once I got off the car I could no longer get inside. I waited the server to restart. I sat on the passenger seat and now Im stuck in the passenger seat and can't get out of the truck
