Since 1.15 was released I am experiencing performance issues.

Character model deformation for myself and my allies. Limbs stretching, etc.

Noticeable FPS drops in large towns (zelenogorsk for example) along with building and texture pop-in.

Occasional low FPS while using scopes, especially the NV scopes.

Restarting the game/relogging into the server can make things a little better.
