Hello! My Arma 3 tools publisher crashes upon startup. This has been happening for more than a year. When I launch the publisher from the Arma tools GUI, the publisher windows flashes on screen for a second, then crashes. If I launch the publisher by itself, same result. When I launch the publisher by itself as an administrator, the publisher will launch, but then an error message reading that steam is not running / failed to initialize.
