Character Drops Reloaded Mag Going from Prone to Crouched

Description

Character consistently drops magazine when starting reload on the ground and pressing 'B' to move into crouched position before or shortly after reload animation is finished. This doesn't happen when moving from crouched to standing position while reloading.

This happens on 1.14 stable and 1.15 experimental and is reproducible. Most of the time it drops to the ground, but it's been put back in my inventory too one time so far that I've noticed.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. On official Xbox Server, take a gun that uses a magazine and start reloading while prone
  2. Before or shortly after the reload is completed, press 'B' to move to crouched
  3. Gun magazine will be on the ground or inventory and missing from gun

I've experienced this with pioneer, Mlock, and skorpion

Just found out it works the same way going from crouched to prone
