A player can "restore" his ammo and bandages by stacking them with pristine/worn ones.

Steps To Reproduce

Stack low state items with high state items. Lose the penalties.

Additional Information

A quick fix might be to change the type/class of the damaged item to not be compatible with the worn/pristine one.
