I have had this problem for over 2 months every time i try to shoot my friends dont hear the shots and the bullets doesnt do anything the only way i can damage someone is melee hits and if i go down and press restart my game just breaks the menu disapears and i have to force exit the game and join back so it is unplayable for me

Do you experience this problem only on a specific server or across all servers?
Are you running cable or wi-fi connection? And do you have a chance to try the game on a different network?
