Since the 1.14 update a few days ago, every time someone connects to my server (32 slot on xbox) they get kicked within 30 seconds to max 1min 30seconds (error code 0x00040004). I have received multiple messages from different players. I haven't touched anything on the server in 2 weeks. I tried a manual restart a few times but that has not solved anything.

I tried to connect again shortly after getting kicked and received a different error message that server is unreachable (0x00010001) and the server disappears and is unfindable for 1 minute.

When logging back in again, you are spawned back into original position you spawned into the session you were kicked. While running around you are unable to interact with objects, vehicles etc.

I have contacted Nitrado, had their Support look into issue. Had the server moved to another machine in their facility but still did not fix. Nitrado Support escalated ticket to higher department, below was their Response after 2 days:
