M1A1 Tommy Gun wrong fire rate

Description

The M1A1 Tommy Gun has a fire rate of 1000rpm (reloadTime=0.06), where it should be around 700rpm (reloadTime=(60/700);).

I have a feeling the M1A1 was confused for the M1 when setting the rate of fire.
