I fell from a high ladder on Deer Isle and got KO'd and also trapped between the ladder and wall because of the screwy way your avatar flops forwards upon uncon, and had to relog.
Since then my player has been unable to sprint, vault, or climb, and has a permanent shock vignette on the screen.

I have tried morphine, codeine, saline, tetra, checking that I didn't double tap CTRL. I don't have a broken leg, as I have a splint and there's no option to use it.

And if I try and melee anything, even nothing, then I receive the shock hits and go unconscious (see video attached) [It won't let me upload a 1.1mb ZIP file containing the MP4, but it is exactly like I described)
