I dug up one of my stashes (DryBag) on EXP 1.13 and attached 4 grenades to my ballistic vest, and reburied it, come back a few days later and the ballistic vest is gone from the bag.

Might of been from the grenades attached to it?? maybe it dropped to the ground after a server restart? same bug like the cooking pot i reported in my last post?
