Steps To Reproduce
Drop car doors in the same configuration as in the example video. Because dropped items will default to the same surface level the player is currently standing on, you must be crouched on the ledge before dropping the final door. Stand on someone's head on that final door and jump. You'll either climb or just be pushed up.
