Bro messed with system 32 folder for mod on another game, because it was not working after a replacement of a ram stick

tried all other forums until told to upload my dependency walker report. Already verifeid, tried to re-regesyer, windows start up repair, moved to different drive too, and trying a forum before a pc factory reset
