Battle Eye: Client not responding after 1.13 patch.

Description

After looking into the subject and spending endless hours to produce a solution i have failed. After the 1.13 update to Dayz the amount of 'Client not responding' has increased signifcantly. This issue which communities/players are facing is something that needs to be addressed. After going through step by step with over 100 players the issue is not consistant and varies day to day, hour to hour. Take an example here. "player jim joins the server with a good internet connection and a fresh install of the game. He has played on the server for 4 hours and then a restart of the server is done and jim can't join to the "Battle Eye not responding". 1 hour later after trying to join other servers with no issues he re tries to join the server and has no issue. My intention here to seek answers and find out what BE is doing to resolve this issue which is damaging communities. I have put in countless hours to try and help players but it is shearly frustrating as once you fix it a few hours or days later the issue arises again. I have also sent a ticket to BE.

It is random and affects different players with no way to reproudce the issue.
