Steps To Reproduce
- Ensure sufficient lighting conditions
- Enter an emergency vehicle
- Scroll and select "Beacons On"
- Inspect the emergency lighting.
I am running lowest settings, but tried to change some settings which could be related (bloom etc,), which have not resolved the issue.

Expected behavior:
Emergency lighting will appear bright and blue, possibly having a chemlight/headlight effect of illumination on the surroundings.
