There is severe lag on coastal towns or in high populated areas such as Elektro, Cherno, North West Airfield, and other places with a lot of buildings or people. This makes the game unplayable when trying to fight people or even have an enjoyable time playing the game. Please fix the optimization issues.

Steps To Reproduce
Usually having a lot of people in one area with lots of actions being performed such as killing players, leaving dead bodies around, dropping items, and big towns cause this issue. The game is unplayable while game is running under 10 FPS at all times.
