I noticed that when you load a pbo containing CBA settings while using SOG, the CBA settings are not taken into account while editing/testing a mission in Eden.

Steps To Reproduce
What is working fine:
have a pbo with your CBA settings
start arma in vanilla + CBA + your pbo containing the settings
go in the editor
go in settings - addons options
choose the server tab
> all forced options are greyed, indicating that server settings are overriding the mission or client settings of CBA. This is a normal behaviour.
What is wrong:
start arma + SOG + CBA + your pbo containing the settings
go in the editor
go in settings - addons options
choose the server tab
> everyting is editable, the settings are not the ones in the pbo...Etc. SOG somehow prevented CBA from loading properly the settings from the pbo.
Additional Information
This seems to be the case for all settings managed by CBA. Examples: ACE3, Simplex Support Services...etc
I don't know if this is also affecting a dedicated server with its CBA settings loaded the same way.
