The first image occurred when closing the door too early on him i think.
The second on just happened at random when battling Zombies, I was stuck in the reload animation and couldn't do anything until i jumped and it did reset.
A buddy wanted to play yesterday but no matter what server he joined, his character kept spinning in circles or he could not move his mouse to the right.
