during the update 1.29 on ps4, I no longer have the official server I was on and I also lost my character and all his equipment, how to fix this problem, will there be a patch update to correctly restore everything that has been lost, or is it lost permanently?

I'm so pissed...I worked on that chatlracter for hours. Not to mention the whole reason for having the low low servers were so people could stack up and then hit the high servers. So now I'm dying constantly bc everything is always gone and I'm starved to the point of death. Then there's no weapons for the dead. Hate hate HATE this new update. I want my money for the game back and I'm never playing again. HATE THIS UPDATE! GIMME BACK MY GODDAMN SERVER

I confirm that on the ps4, it is noted update 1.29, after looking on the official site, the numbering of the update 1.13, has nothing to do with the numbering ps4. but it is the same.
Otherwise, looking at Geez's link, it's well noted that everything will disappear.
something that I had not seen in the description.
Otherwise, there were 2 of us playing together on the same official server (we only play official) and when the game was restarted, we did not understand the reason for the loss of our server, our character and our equipment.
it's a shame to lose everything once again, after hours spent in this game, it's not the first time that this has happened and it's very frustrating.
