When turned out in the commander's position of the T-72, free-look in the vertical axis is heavily restricted. You can only look a few degrees up or down from the MG's point of aim, which is unnecessarily tight and makes it difficult to look at the ground nearby or scan for air targets.

Steps To Reproduce
Place a CSLA T-72 and a man to play as. Get in the T-72 as the commander and turn out.
Activate free-look by holding or double-tapping the left Alt key. Note that your vertical axis is restricted.
Turn off free-look and adjust the elevation of the commander's MG. Return to free-look and note that your vertical axis is restricted relative to the gun's current elevation.
Additional Information
This applies to all CSLA T-72 types, not just the base T-72.
