Helicrashs in 1.13 are spawning a lot of Sks rifles and low high tier military loot.
I already looted 7 of them and only found this:
2 full ghillies
1 FAL
5 SKS
1 40rnd cmag

Helicrashs should be spawning at least ak/m4 variants or high capacity mags, something usefull, nots sks.
