Earlier today I was playing DayZ on official servers, and I had drawn blood from a survivor who had the O+ blood type. As I was B+, I decided to give an infusion to myself to increase my blood count. While infusing, blood did not increase, more than one arrow up, and no change was seen. I believe that exact blood type matches, when infused, work as intended, but compatible types the aren't an exact match do not.
