40mm GL Proxy Position Bug

Description

The 40mm grenade proxy doesn't match up with BI's proxy position, meaning that vanilla 40mm HE rounds clip through the barrel, as shown.

I'm not sure how easy of a fix this is, but it would be very nice for future compatibility with other mods, so that SOG:PF's grenades don't clip through the barrels of other UGLs in game.
