Even if a Zmiovka is ruined it says it is pristine and it looks pristine. However you can't wear the item anymore.
So the durability status doesn't update correctly in-game.

Steps To Reproduce
- Find Zmiovka on ground or on infected
- Put Zmiovka on your head
- Put Zmiovka on the ground
- Shoot Zmiovka so it has to be ruined
- Try to put Zmiovka back on head
- Realise you can't
- ...
