Vehicle convoy halts partially

Description

If at any point a vehicle in a convoy gets too close to the vehicle ahead of it, the vehicle will halt permanently. Moving the vehicle in Zeus causes it to return to the convoy starting position, and then retrace the entire convoy path.

This is especially noticeable with convoys that have the "full" speed mode and "file" formation. Additionally, if the vehicles are placed too tightly to each other, the back vehicles will stay halted forever.

Remote controlling the vehicle and inching it a bit forward seems to fix the problem.

Hey. I noticed the same problem while playing CTI warfare, and it makes convoys really unplayable for me. I can see that its Reproducibility is set to “Sometimes” yet I can easily reproduce this bug. At first, I thought it was because of mods, so I started to create convoys just to see how will they react with different vehicles, and unfortunately it is super easy to reproduce it happens every single time when I want to get my convoy pretty much anywhere. That means I must always keep checking the map if my buddies are still driving or not. I also recorded a video showing the problem if needed.

This bug need to be fixed :(
