F4 Bombing computer not changing based off weapon selected

Description

When I try and use the bombing computer it stays on the Air to air mode without changing to the proper bomb computer one, so dropping things like bombs can't be done without dive bombing

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn any Phantom that doesn't have any sort of FFAR rockets but has bombs. Switch to manual fire, and the center radar screen will not change

Also, I can't use the designator screen to guide the GBUs or use the Bullpups

A) when using manual fire due to limitations the radar scope can't change itself, B) It might not be possible to use the targeting scope as a pilot but I can't recall.
