F-4 Phantom Tailhook does not reset when landing on the USS Freedom Aircraft Carrier.
It goes back up if you catch the cabels but the action menu still says "Tailhook up". If you select it nothing happens and it changes to "Tailhook down".

Steps To Reproduce
Take the F-4 and attempt a landing on an aircaft carrier using the vanilla cable landing system (eg USS Freedom). After a succesfull landing the tailhook should automatically get up but the according comand on the action menu will remain "Tailhook Up" instead of "Tailhook down".

Tested with both B and C MR version of the F-4 on ArmA3 Dev 2.05.147582 and SOG PF 1.01.006305
