Mortars should get removed from arsenal (and from the whole gamemode) similar to vanilla warlords. Together with sector scanning and ammo trucks, they can be severely exploited.

Join an official warlords server, pick OPFOR, hold I for menu, select arsenal, observe as mortar tubes and weapon bases are available as backpacks.
