The user can place a grenade in the muzzle and switch fire mode to fire normal rounds. Then switch fire mode again to have an instantaneous grenade to be launched without the loading animation.
It is as if these rifles were implemented as having under barrel GLs that can store a grenade for further use.

Steps To Reproduce
1- Pick any "rifle grenade"
2- Switch to GL mode and load a grenade (should show a muzzle loading animation)
3- Switch to primary fire mode and shoot some rounds
4- Switch to GL mode and see a grenade appear attached to the muzzle
