M40 Scope innacurate

Description

As name says, scope is zero'd incorrectly. Always hits slightly low. For refferance - scoped M91/30 or SKS hit bulls eye every shot
Shooting at a target 500m away, zeroed to 500m, and aiming centre-mass has either this result, or hits a leg:

Effects are more noticeable the further away you shoot.
