Taking massive performance hits when in certain parts of the map and in certain scenarios. When playing the MACV Showcase scenario the average FPS is at 28 FPS with peaks of 45 FPS and lows of 4 FPS - that is when moving through the hangar.

When playing the Escape mission locally, the FPS sits at 15 FPS on average, especially when moving from the spawn position to the Ket Thuc. FPS increases when looking north but decreases massively when facing south. This is not a populated area but there are areas in the distance (behind valleys) that have lots of objects.

Performance in 3DEN editor is fine. 60 FPS average in all areas, with big performance drops when flying over cities - to be somewhat expected.
