A few days ago, I found a superior clothing item. Because it works 99% of the time, I dragged the jacket from the proximity onto the equipped jacket. This normally swaps them, putting the old equipped one on the ground (vicinity).

However this time, it deleted the old clothing item along with all of the items stored in it.
