Holding a landmine in hand and toggled a medium tent opening closed, and landmine disappeared from hand. Landmine did not move to any inventory slot either on body. Happened with two different landmines.

Steps To Reproduce
Happened a second time. Opened a closed tent many time with landmine in hand and didn't disappear. So, only happens once in awhile. But, consistent enough i lost two landmines within 5 minutes.
