This is not a bug report, but more an idea to sickness in DayZ. I think that sickness should be more random. Like if you eat with bloody hands, there is a CHANCE of getting sick, not just 100% certainty. Same goes for every sickness in DayZ. And please add infected wounds by infected and gun shot wounds.
With that you would have more people having sickness in DayZ because then you might try your luck, instead of having the knowledge that you WILL become sick if you do certain things and avoid them at all cost.
Same goes for medicine, have it more randomized so sometimes you might get well real quick and easy and sometimes it might take longer and/or more severe or even death. Now you can easily just pop a vitamin pill and you're fine. Or if you get something more nasty you could just pop every pill in game and become insta-cured within minutes. Kuru is a good example, where you get it 100% if you eat human meat. It should also be more randomized. But should still not be curable.
And please re-add the bow and crossbow and more tanning items as in pre .64 build.
