Barbed Wire on fences create a repetitive slash

Description

When a player touches the barbed wire on a fence of a base, a slash occurs that then goes up to a count of 7.

Bandages will reduce the count, only for it to then go back up to 7.

This would be easy to repeat but now with 1.12, I'm flat out getting up a hill.

Try walking into a barbed wire fence
