Subgroups in Eden reduce performance

Description

If I import compositions in the eden editor and use stationary modded objects like the CUP LHD the collision detection of the diffrent sections of the ship does not work and I fall to the ground when I pass from one to another. Also the performance of some trees on Liviona changes and I get strange popping in, popping out trees and flickering, which looks like the trees are not loaded properly into the memory as the performance takes a huge hit, to some point where the fps drop the 4-8. Mostly gets worse with the more player you play a map with. Basically made playing impossible at 40 players+ if you are in a fixed wing aircraft.
Changes drastically to the better when you move the empty objects out of the subgroups that are created through loading in prepared compositions.

Steps To Reproduce

Import compositions in the editor that make a subgroup in the object list of the eden editor. Also try with the CUP LHD.

Additional Information

Might be related to modded content, but I also experienced this behaviour with vanilla Arma on Livonia.
