Summary:
As soon as I attempt to look left or right/ Up or Down when using TrackIR 5 I get a stuttering frame sync.

When:
So for instance, as I run/walk and freelook (Usually using the ALT key, but in this instance the TrackIR device) right or left for and continue to hold the gaze in that direction while running/walking along the view is stuttering, like a laggy frame. If I stand still and move my heas slowly, I get frame rate stutter like each frame in stut stut stutering

I have tried various settings in TrackIR with no success. I have tested the same settings in ARMA 3 and TrackIR works perfectly in game.
