Finally got my ADA 4x4 a runner driver. Loaded it up with spare parts, water, fuel, food, tools, base building supplies, guns and ammo. Drove north for about a mile then DayZ bugged out and froze. Was just about to restart DayZ and then it unfroze and then continued playing. My car and survivor were smashed up in the woods. Radiator lost all water and the engine overheated and ruined itself. So I replaced my radiator with my last spare, watered it and used thee o'l pipe wrench to fix the engine. Drove down the road more and would you believe it? DayZ bugged again. Ruined my radiator and engine. Again the car was wrapped up in the trees in the forrest. My survivor lost some life and clothing was damaged. I lost some more faith in playing DayZ because its not fun when DayZ bugZ out and ruins its own fun potential. Still love playing DayZ. So I ditch my ADA 4X4 and build a base near by. Got a watch tower up, garden is growing food, loot is buried and the fences are shielding me from the elements. After a week of having the base. About eight wolves come to visit me. But they can just clip through my fences and attack me while doing inventory. So I defend myself like a true Chernamen and end their visit with Pa's o'l 47. And guess who else came to visit me, just after that? Thats right. The infected that dwell in the village near the woods I take refuge. They too can clip right through my fences. Why is that? Why do player crafted walls NOT stop animals and Infected. Its something that is "game breaking, fun killing. Lets play something else now." I have learned to just play DayZ as a nomad. Walking around, burying loot and shooting things sometimes. Base building is wasted and its a damn shame. Looking for saws, hammers, axes, nails, shovels, wire and lumber and then finally doing the construction is such a waste. Its only good to keep bandits out, but then they always make a way in anyway. Just bury stuff everywhere and make a treasure route. Forget the cars. They don't work. Getting the parts together just for it to bug out and ruin? Cars are a waste of time. Infected still know where to find you when you toss objects near them, even from a rooftop. Still can't silent instant kill them from behind. I would finally love to see some NPC infighting. Bears, wolves, and infected all saunter around each other not killing each other. Your survivor can still bug and not be able to use items, yielding the log off log on fix. Bears can STILL walk right into game generated structures. Sometimes the survivor will glitch and fly into the air a few feet. Sometimes falling to high causing injury. Glowing lights a night look nice from far away but at times will disappear when approaching. PS4 DayZ players are still mostly KOS stoner kids. Some players have gay perverted names like FingeredUrethera, JizzLobber, DickPrick and other typical PS4 stoner/queer names This is a game that is paid in full, that also requires a monthly payment of PlaystationPlus to play the game. This is DayZ on the PS4 in the year 2021.
