Diag option "HitPoints" doesn't show all hitpoints (length cutoff)

Description

The diagnostic option for Hitpoints doesnt list all hitpoints, if there are many. The cutoff seems a bit arbitrary / inconsistent.
examples:
-using vanilla riflemen as player, looking at Rhino MGS Up. Rhino shows more Hitpoints if you sit inside vs. if you look at it from outside. (outside, inside )
-using modded riflemen as player (config has additional hitpoints) -> when looking at same modded riflemen, it doesnt show same amount of hitpoints. (pic)
-using modded rifleman and looking at rhino displayes even less hitpoints on it compared to vanilla unit doing the same ( pic )

Additionally, since own hitpoints and target hitpoints are all listed below each other, the list goes off the monitor in some cases (when inside a vehicle and looking at a target).
Would it be possible to display all "own" hitpoints of one self and one's own vehicle in one column, and target hitpoints in another column to the left of it?
