I''m not 100% sure if these are bugs or if it's something to do with the new update (1.11) or something I don't understand. However I have tried to look them up and can't find anything that would explain it. There's two so I thought I would just include both rather than make two tickets.
For some reason my energy will not go past being 3/4 full no matter how much I eat. Being a fresh spawn I came across a fully geared player who had been killed so I geared myself up and left. He had plenty food on him so I decided to at least fill my energy bar despite it being on 3/4s full. I ate a pumpkin, 3 tins of tuna, 2 colas, a full bottle of water and a tin of sardines. But my energy stayed at 3/4s. It seems to have no problem dropping, whether I'm running or not, but it refuses to go past 3/4.
I'd been killed just before that as a fresh spawn, but that time I had no problem filling my energy bar.
This also happened on 1.10 but it seemed very rare.
The hotbar issue has happened on and off since at least 1.10. Basically, regardless what clothes or bags or whatever I have, from time to time, it stops adding an additional slot. It might just be me misunderstanding how many slots you get for each set of clothes etc, but currently I have a drybag backpack, plate carrier (with pouches), a belt (with canteen, knife, and holster), assault boots (with knife), a bomber jacket, and hiking pants, but I still only have 4 slots which I got as soon as I found the backpack. Nothing else has added any extra and it seems unlikely.
It did happen once on 1.10 that I recall where I only had 4 slots and then got killed and geared myself back up with the same accessories and then I was given 9 slots.
Either way it seems the only way to solve it is to respawn.
I was dubious about making the ticket because, like I say, it might just be me misunderstanding things and they aren't bugs (although I can't explain the energy problem), but I thought I would make it anyway.
